• Perth metropolitan-based work
• $41.51 - $44.65 per hour + super (base + penalties)
• Day, night and weekend work as required, 8–12 hour shifts

About the Client:

Our client is a well-established organisation delivering asphalt and civil construction projects across the Perth metropolitan area. They are currently seeking experienced Asphalt Operators & Labourers to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with asphalt and mobile plant experience who are reliable, safety-focused and flexible to work varying hours across day, night and weekend shifts.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operate asphalt plants and associated machinery safely and efficiently.
• Operate mobile plant including asphalt pavers, rollers and skid steers as required.
• Complete pre-start inspections and basic operator checks.
• Assist with asphalt production, loading and placement activities.
• Work alongside asphalt crews to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
• Follow site safety procedures, traffic management requirements and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with general labouring duties when required.
• Maintain equipment and report any faults or issues.
• Work across Perth metropolitan sites, including day, night and weekend works.

What You Will Need:

• Previous experience operating asphalt-related plant equipment.
• MR or HR driver's licence.
• Experience operating an asphalt paver, roller and/or skid steer.
• Previous asphalt experience is highly preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work day, night and weekend shifts as required.
• Physically capable of working in an outdoor construction environment.
• Reliable and willing to work varying hours.
• Flexible availability to meet operational requirements.
• Ability to complete DAS mobilisation requirements.
