Asphalt Product Design & Development

Role & responsibilities

1. Should be a subject matter expert of mechanical design of construction machinery - Asphalt products.

2. Significant experience with design, development & complete product life cycle.

3. Understanding material selection, mechanics of the machine & force calculations. Application knowledge for Asphalt products.

4. Professionals should be able to lead and execute basic development projects using basic design skills, benchmarking & innovation.

5. Machine Design integration with good knowledge of complete Engine system design, Hydraulic system design, Structures & Transmission for the Asphalt.

6. Complete product life cycle exposure of one Asphalt Product development.

7. Technically sound for handling field concerns, support training.

8. Should have led and worked on Cost reduction drives for Asphalt Product

9. Should be aware of homologation and compliances requirements as per CMVR.

10. Good project management skills, led NPD for the Asphalt product group.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification : BTech / BE Mech ( Above 60 % Highest Qualification )

Experience: 9-14 Years

Age Limit: 35 Years

Criteria:

1. No Gap in Education

2. No Gap in Service

3. No Diploma

4. Highest Qualification shall be> 60 %

5. Internal Exposure Preferred.

6. Willingness to relocate and work across Business Unit/ Functions.

7. Candidates should be from good college.
