Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Asphalt Worker and/or Roller Operator to join our dynamic construction team. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENCE AND OWN A CAR. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on operating paving equipment roller, paver, backhoe, driving a truck and performing essential tasks like raking, shoveling, and tamping to ensure smooth asphalt and concrete installation. The ideal candidate is energetic, safety-conscious, and has a good attitude

Duties

• Operate paving equipment such as rollers, for smooth, even surface.
• Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including grading and site cleanup.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards during all operations.
• Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate tasks effectively on busy construction sites.

Requirements

• Min. 2 year experience working with asphalt paving, excavating, or a landscaping company.
• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICNCE AND OWN A CAR.
• MUST HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE
• MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER.
• SNOW PLOWING EXPERINCE IS A PLUS
• EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND OR REPAIRS IS A PLUS.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
