Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ASP.NET Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services using Microsoft .NET technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, and Entity Framework. The candidate will work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver secure and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core.
• Develop scalable backend services using C# and .NET.
• Design and develop RESTful Web APIs.
• Implement business logic and application functionality.
• Develop database-driven applications using SQL Server.
• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Use Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core for database integration.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
• Identify and fix performance and production issues.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Maintain technical documentation where required.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in C#.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ or equivalent modern .NET technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Web API / REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Strong SQL query writing skills.
• Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
• Good understanding of OOP concepts.
• Knowledge of LINQ.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization.
• Experience with Git/version control.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Unit testing using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
• Azure Functions.

• Experience with cloud-native .NET applications.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Computer Engineering
• Software Engineering
• Or a related technical field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–6 years of professional experience in ASP.NET / .NET development.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
• Good understanding of web application architecture.
• Experience developing REST APIs and database-driven applications.
• Strong SQL Server skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills.
