Job Overview

KLIQ Software is looking for a skilled and motivated ASP.NET Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in web application development. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and ADO.NET, along with the ability to develop, maintain, and improve business applications.

The candidate will work on real-world business applications, database-driven systems, and existing software solutions while collaborating with the development team to deliver reliable and efficient software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET and C#.
• Develop user-friendly web pages using ASP.NET Web Forms and related technologies.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, joins, views, and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Connect web applications to databases using ADO.NET.
• Implement CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, and Delete) for business data.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify bugs, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain existing applications and enhance their functionality based on business requirements.
• Follow coding standards and write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver projects on time.
• Perform application testing, debugging, and basic performance optimization.

Required Technical Skills

• Programming Language: C# and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Web Technologies: ASP.NET Web Forms, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server.
• SQL Skills: Joins, subqueries, views, constraints, indexes, and stored procedures.
• Database Connectivity: ADO.NET, SqlConnection, SqlCommand, and SqlDataReader.
• Development Tools: Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Application Development: CRUD operations, form validation, and database-driven applications.
• Problem-Solving: Debugging, troubleshooting, and logical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining business or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with GridView, DropDownList, TreeView, and other ASP.NET controls.
• Knowledge of database design, primary keys, foreign keys, and table relationships.
• Familiarity with Git or other version-control tools.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core is an advantage where relevant to the projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ASP.NET development.
• Strong understanding of C#, SQL Server, and database connectivity.
• Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures independently.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of assigned tasks.
