Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ASP.NET MVC Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in .NET/ASP.NET MVC, SQL, Azure, and React, with the ability to work independently, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with multiple teams.

The role involves developing software solutions, troubleshooting and optimizing applications, mentoring team members, and ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and effective technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance application components based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Work with SQL databases for application development, data validation, and performance optimization.
• Support application deployment and maintenance in Microsoft Azure environments.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Manage source code using version control systems and support CI/CD practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to key project decisions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned software components.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in development processes and application performance.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC / .NET.
• Strong knowledge of C# and web application development.
• Strong experience with SQL / Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs / Web Services.
• Understanding of web application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with responsive web development.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Experience with application troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in ASP.NET MVC / .NET development.
• Experience working on enterprise-level web applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
• Experience providing technical guidance or mentoring to other developers is an advantage.
