ASP.NET MVC Developer

Location: Manila / Cybergate 1–2
Work Setup: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ASP.NET MVC Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications tailored to business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions while contributing technical expertise, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to key development and design decisions.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and scalable web interfaces.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
• Work with databases, APIs, and cloud technologies as part of application development.
• Participate in code reviews, version control, and continuous integration practices.
• Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Monitor development progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned software components.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET MVC development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with React or modern front-end technologies.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience developing responsive and user-friendly web applications.
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and application performance optimization skills.
• Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Undergraduate/combo-fit profiles are not accepted.

Good to Have

• MySQL Database Administration experience.
• Microsoft Azure Administration experience.
• Experience working with cloud-based application environments.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
