  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and communication faults.
  • Perform routine maintenance, system health checks, and documentation activities on control systems.
  • Participate in system acceptance tests (FAT/SAT), installations, commissioning, training, fault diagnosis, and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
  • Support hardware and software upgrades, modifications, and system configuration tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment on-site and in the office.
  • Build technical knowledge of DeltaV systems, products, and service offerings, including service agreements and support packages.

  • Comply with quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Technical education or degree in an engineering discipline such as automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • Strong interest in troubleshooting, problem analysis, and technical customer support.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.

  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset.
  • Structured and careful working style.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business travel and customer assignments.
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and continuously expand knowledge.
