Assembler

Key Responsibilites

• Assemble components and products to detailed specifications.
• Constantly monitor output to ensure that it is of the standard required, rejecting any that does not meet the standard.
• Test components and products to ensure that they meet all requirements. Identify and resolve any technical problems arising in the assembly of components and products working with your line manager.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workspace and to ensure a clean readily workable area ready for production the following day.
• Follow the Works Order Process for the manufacture of goods.

Technical Skills

• Prepared to undergo training, as necessary.
• Electrical or mechanical qualification is an advantage.
• Understanding of WOP (training will be available).

Compensation This position offers a pay rate of £12.97 per hour.
