Key Responsibilitiess

• Assemble parts and products using tools and equipment
• Inspect completed assemblies for defects or inaccuracies
• Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Enter job traveller information in ERP database
• Report issues or defects promptly to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of assembly tools and equipment
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle small components
• Reliable and punctual, willing to work the posted shift
