Assembler

Do you like being busy? Do you enjoy working with your hands, making great food, and getting into a rhythm with a team?

You might be a great fit for Taco Nation.

We’re looking for someone to join our Back of House team, primarily helping with taco assembly and food preparation.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and actually likes making food. When the tickets start coming in, you’re the kind of person who likes the challenge of moving quickly while still making every taco look and taste the way it should.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for people who:

• Like to stay busy and naturally look for the next thing that needs to be done
• Enjoy making food and working with their hands
• Care about speed AND attention to detail
• Take pride in making food that looks great when it leaves the kitchen
• Can follow recipes, portions, and assembly standards consistently
• Work well alongside other people
• Stay organized and clean while they work
• Can handle a lunch or dinner rush without losing focus
• Are dependable and show up ready to work
• And, of course, like making tacos

What You'll Be Doing

A big part of this position is working on our assembly line—building tacos, bowls, and other Taco Nation menu items accurately and quickly.

You'll learn our menu, recipes, portions, ingredients, and presentation standards. You'll also help with food prep, stocking your station, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and jumping in wherever the team needs help.

We don't believe that working fast means being sloppy. Great assembly is about finding the balance between speed, consistency, and attention to detail.

During slower moments, we use the time to prepare for what's next—restocking, prepping, cleaning, organizing, and making sure the kitchen is ready for the next rush.
