Assembler

AeroControlex is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will assemble precision aerospace products ensuring quality, and reliability. Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift with consistent overtime opportunities

What You'll Do

• Assemble precision aerospace and industrial products, components, and subassemblies according to engineering specifications and quality standards
• Follow written and verbal instructions, including blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and manufacturer documentation
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to complete assemblies accurately
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company, customer, and quality requirements
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet production schedules
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or technical school certificate
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or technical production experience preferred
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
• Experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, or manufacturing documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime to support production schedules and customer requirements
• Basic computer skills
