Assembler

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Electronics. Diploma / ITI Electronics /
• Minimum Experience required is 1 to 3 years in relevant field (Electronic Manufacturing / Electronics Industry).
• Hands-on experience in assembling electronic components, PCB handling, soldering, and wiring.
• Ability to interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and basic schematic layouts.
• Familiarity with testing tools (multi meter, continuity tester, oscilloscopes — basic level).
• Understanding of electronic components and their safe handling procedures**.**
• Ability to followassembly instructions, work orders, and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering, de-soldering, component mounting, cable assembly, and mechanical fitting tasks.
• Assemble electronic components, PCBs, wiring harnesses, and modules as per design and development requirements.
• Conduct basic functional tests on assembled units and report deviations.
• Maintain the quality of assemblies by following standard assembly procedures and ESD practices.
• Ensure proper documentation of assembly work, rework activities, and test reports.
