Assembler

Pamarco's Dallas, TX location has an immediate opening for a Mechanical/Electrical Assembler to join our production line. You will fabricate and assemble parts, pieces, and products in a sequential process using an array of tools and equipment. We emphasize accuracy and quality in all our products, so you need to inspect each section as they are completed to ensure they meet specifications. We prefer candidates who have some experience in manufacturing, but we are willing to train the right person.

Essential Functions

• Review drawing and instructions before each project
• Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering drawings and technical forms
• Assemble each product according to specifications
• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet quality standards
• Identify any product defects; record and report them accordingly.
• Complete required quality and production forms
• Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary product in your workstation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures

Education/Experience/Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of assembly experience preferred
• Proficient with a variety of manual and power tools
• Experience with soldering and working with electric boards and components
• Able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motion for extended periods
• Color vision to identify different colored wires, tabs, and components
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
• Required to work overtime as necessary
