Assembler - CS/A20 Cell

What You’ll Do You will perform a variety of mechanical production assembly work to construct, package, or repair all types of clutch shift (CS) PTOs. Adjusts work-orders, maintains inventory accuracy in the area, monitors work orders for accuracy, and ensures area is kept clean and organized. Assists in distribution as needed to pull material.

• Perform assembly and sub-assembly work using basic hand tools
• Interpret blueprints to construct products
• Maintain daily assembly requirements
• Perform final product testing
• Lift and move light weight to heavy weight objects
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Perform other duties as assigned by the distribution manager and/or lead
• Must be able to secure and retain a forklift license

Your Experiences & Skills

• Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Knowledge of metric dimensions
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Flexibility to effectively adapt to changing conditions and job assignments
• Ability to work well with others
