What they need
- Read and understand the relevant manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and process requirements.
- Prepare molds, casting equipment, and materials according to production specifications.
- Perform mold assembly, and preparation activities, ensuring proper positioning and securing of coils and components before casting.
- Carry out resin mixing, molding, casting and curing activities in accordance with approved procedures and process parameters.
- Verify dimensions, clearances, and visual quality requirements, and complete the required checklists and production records.
- Report any non-conforming materials, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to the Leadman or Section Supervisor.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in a clean, organized and safe condition while complying with all safety and quality requirements.
- Achieve production targets within the specified time frame and quality standards, following the instructions of the leadman and section supervisor.
