About the Position

Falls Filtration Technologies is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Assembly / Production Associate to join our manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well with others, and is committed to producing quality products in a safe and efficient environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and properly.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to a supervisor.
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and processes.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials within the position's established lifting requirements.
• Ability to safely perform assigned duties in a manufacturing environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
