REQUIREMENTS

• Malaysian citizen

• Minimum 2 years of related working experience

• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, electronics, electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical assembly, testing or troubleshooting are encouraged to apply

• Able to follow work instructions, procedures and safety requirements

• Able to work well with Production and Engineering teams

Educational Requirements:

• SPM， SKM / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role will involve assembly, testing and troubleshooting activities in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Perform electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly operations
• Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions
• Perform wiring and component installation
• Carry out hand soldering and cable harnessing
• Follow the required sequence and methods of assembly operations
• Set up and make adjustments according to required specifications
• Perform equipment and product testing
• Perform testing and troubleshooting activities
• Conduct functional and performance testing when required
• Identify and document defects or technical issues
• Maintain accurate production and testing records
• Prepare required test reports and documentation
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve production or technical issues
• Ensure work is completed according to quality and production requirements

SALARY & ALLOWANCES
Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,700/month

Additional Benefits:

• Attendance Allowance: RM300/month
• Transport Allowance: RM100/month, pro-rated
• Meal Allowance: RM6/day
• Night Shift Allowance: RM15/day, if applicable
• Medical Claim: Up to RM80/claim/month

LEAVE & HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT

• Annual Leave: 8 days
• Medical / Sick Leave (MC): 14 days
• Hospitalisation Leave: 60 days
• Public Holidays: 23 days
• Maternity Leave: 98 days

Leave entitlement is subject to applicable employment terms and company policy.
