Signature Custom Cabinetry is looking for a dependable, hardworking Cabinet Helper / Assembler to join our small team. We specialize in custom kitchens and millwork, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn and contribute wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cabinet assembly, installation, and general shop tasks.
• Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and confidently.
• Help load, unload, move, and organize cabinetry, materials, and supplies.
• Assist with kitchen installations and other on-site work as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow instructions carefully and help ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in cabinetry, woodworking, construction, or assembly.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking, with a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a small team.
• Valid driver's licence and a clean driving abstract required.
• Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving materials.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who shows up on time, can be counted on, works carefully, and takes initiative. Experience in cabinetmaking or kitchen installation is an asset. A willingness to learn and a good work ethic are essential.
