Assembler/Machining Operator

Machine Operator (Machining) – Hongrita

**Basic Salary:** RM 1,700 / month

**Gross Potential:** RM 2,400 – RM 2,800+ (Basic + Allowances + Auto OT)

**Location:** Hongrita, Penang

Working Hours & Auto OT

* **Monday – Friday:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Auto OT: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

* **Saturday:** 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Auto OT: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

* *Rotating shift (day & night shifts).*

Salary & Allowances

* **Basic:** RM 1,700

* **Attendance Allowance:** RM 150 / month

* **Meal Subsidy:** RM 2 / day

* **Night Shift Allowance:** RM 7 / shift

* **Performance Allowance:** RM 50 – RM 350 / month *(after 3 months probation; min. RM 50)*

* **EPF, SOCSO, EIS provided**

Job Description

* Operate and monitor machining equipment (CNC / milling / turning).

* Load raw materials and unload finished metal/plastic parts.

* Perform simple visual quality checks and measurements on parts.

* Keep work area and machinery clean (5S).

* Report machine errors or quality defects to supervisor.

Requirements

* Male / Female welcome.

* **No academic requirements** (SPM not required).

* Able to work rotating shifts and long OT hours.

* **Own transport strongly advised** (factory transport is limited to specific routes only).

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
