What You’ll Do Your future starts here! An Assembler at Royal is someone who enjoys working with their hands! In this role, you'll put together components or parts, creating a finished product! Based out of our Quincy facility in Hudsonville, this position reports directly to the team supervisor.

Current Openings:3rd Shift (12am-8am)

Responsibilities Job Responsibilities

• Produces finished components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies
• Reading and comprehending work instructions
• Uses hand tools and machines to assemble
• Completes Quality control checks
• Labeling boxes
• Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to make rate (self paced)
• Completion of required production paperwork
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Effective communication (reporting on issues and shortages)
• Attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks
• Minimal bending and stooping
• Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task (dexterity)
• Hand-eye coordination
• All employees must wear approved safety glasses

Starting Wage: $20.00/hour + quarterly bonuses Qualifications What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience
• Willing and able to work overtime
• Able to lift 35 lbs
