Assembly & Fulfillment Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Assistant to join our dynamic team at a luxury stationery/home goods brand. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are assembled and shipped efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and conduct quality checks to ensure they meet company standards
• Fulfill and ship outgoing retail/wholesale orders
• Receive incoming shipments and maintain inventory levels accurately
• Support with set up and take down of trunk show/company events
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Lift and move heavy loads and work on your feet for extended periods
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Must be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in assembly, order processing, or warehouse is a plus
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with shipping software or inventory management systems is a plus
• Social media, photography, calligraphy, gift wrapping or any artistic skills are a super plus!
