  • Stock & Components – Monitoring component availability and helping source the parts needed to keep production moving.
  • Meeting Deadlines – Working efficiently to ensure projects and customer orders are completed on time.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in assembly, inspection or testing within a workshop, engineering or production environment.
  • The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach.
  • Confidence using computers and entering information into databases.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and develop your technical knowledge.

Basic electrical knowledge would be an advantage, but the right attitude, practical ability and willingness to learn are just as important.

Why Join Northern Diver?

At Northern Diver, you’ll have the opportunity to work with specialist equipment designed for demanding environments, contributing to products where performance, safety and reliability are essential.

We value the people behind our products and offer an environment where you can develop your skills, build your knowledge and become part of an experienced team.

You’ll benefit from:

  • A varied, hands-on role – Work across a range of products, components and testing techniques.
