Assembly & Production Worker | Full-Time Opportunity

Location: Dunedin

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm | Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm

Are you hands-on, mechanically minded, and looking for a long-term career opportunity? Adecco is currently recruiting two Factory Hands to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Dunedin.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn a specialist manufacturing trade and develop your skills within a supportive team environment.

About the Role

Working within the factory, you will assist with the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality products. You will receive training and support while learning all aspects of the production process.

Advantageous Experience

While not essential, the following would be highly regarded:

• Experience working with timber
• Manufacturing, factory, or construction experience
• Assembly or fabrication experience

Duties may include:

• Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
• Using a variety of hand and power tools
• Assisting with product preparation and quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting the wider production team as required

What We're Looking For

We would love to hear from candidates who have experience using:

• Drop saws
• Battery-powered tools
• Hand and power saws
• General workshop or manufacturing equipment

Additionally, you will have:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work both independently and within a team
• A current Class 1 Driver Licence or Restricted Licence (preferred)
• Reliable transport and excellent attendance
