Assembly

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Assembly Workers to join our manufacturing team making finished product in a clean well lit environment. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting various production processes within a fast-paced factory environment. This role involves assembling products and maintaining safety and quality standards to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. Prior factory or warehouse experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with hand and power tools are highly valued. Light low voltage wiring experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools, safely and efficiently
• Assist with assembly line tasks, ensuring products meet quality standards
• Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble components of high quality
• Support warehouse operations by moving materials and finished goods with some manual handling
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Conduct quality inspections during various stages of production to identify defects or issues on fit and finish

Requirements

• Previous experience in assembly, light manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Assembly and construction experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly line operations
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work scheduled shifts as required
