Assembly Associate – 4-Day Workweek!

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview

OpSource Staffing is hiring Assembly Associates to help build compact track loader equipment. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and working in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and equipment according to specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and basic engineering drawings.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Test assembled equipment and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized workstation.
• Track production activity and monitor parts inventory.
• Learn multiple assembly stations and assist with production needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, automotive, or mechanical experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely operate tools and machinery.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
