Assembly Department Supervisor

We are looking for a young, responsible and hands-on Assembly Supervisor to manage daily telescopic drawer slide assembly operations, lead workers, achieve production targets, and maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily production targets as per the production plan.
• Allocate work to workers and monitor productivity and attendance.
• Ensure product quality, correct assembly, and minimum rejection and rework.
• Monitor assembly machines, tools, and equipment; coordinate maintenance when required.
• Train workers in assembly methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Track daily production, rejection, manpower, and machine downtime.
• Resolve routine production issues and report major problems to the Production Manager.
• Ensure timely completion of production orders and proper workplace discipline.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production supervision.
• Experience in mechanical assembly or hardware manufacturing is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of production planning, quality control, and manpower management.
• Basic computer skills or ability to maintain production records.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workers and work actively on the factory floor.

Reporting To: Production Manager

Key Performance Expectations: Daily production achievement, product quality, low rejection, effective manpower utilization, and minimum machine downtime.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing facility: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
