Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Job description
• Assemble automation machines and mechanical systems according to engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, GA drawings, and assembly documentation.
• Install and align mechanical components, pneumatic systems, and standard machine elements.
• Perform machine testing, troubleshooting, and necessary adjustments before dispatch. Coordinate with the Design, Electrical, and Production teams to ensure smooth assembly operations.
• Ensure product quality by following company standards and inspection procedures.
• Identify and resolve assembly issues to improve productivity and reduce rework.
• Maintain assembly tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment. Follow 5S, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support machine installation and commissioning activities when required.
• Required Skills Good knowledge of mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T basics. Knowledge of pneumatic components and hand/power tools.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to travel for machine installation and customer support, if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
