Assembly Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth assembly line operations by monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
• Manage manpower handling on the shop floor to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct red bin analysis to identify defects and implement corrective actions to improve quality standards.
• Oversee GMP compliance throughout all aspects of production assembly.
• Coordinate shift management activities to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Assembly Line Management
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization (preferably from a recognized institution).
• Strong understanding of Assembly Production, Shop Floor Management, Manpower Handling, Production Assembly, Red Bin Analysis, GMP regulations.
