Assembly Engineer - SPM Machine

Job highlights

• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of tablet packaging machines including blister, cartoning, and tablet counting machines

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, conduct failure investigations, monitor project schedules and cost control, and ensure HSE compliance

• Analyzes operating procedures and functions of equipment and machinery to reduce time and cost of assembly manufacturing processes

• Performing installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of tablet packaging machines; working on Mechanical & Electrical Devices, Pneumatic Cylinder of Blister Machines, Cartoning Machines and Tablet Counting Machines

• Evaluating the effectiveness of machinery & equipment, organizing safety checks for preventing accidents and ensuring the compliance with HSE standards

• Working out various requirements, monitoring overall project operations and ensuring timely completion; setting standards, ensuring optimum utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives

• Monitoring the activity at sites and project schedule, ensuring cost control within the budget

• Planning & implementing preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules of utilities for improving overall reliability and safety; allocating equipment, scheduling maintenance and coordination

• Conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps, taking corrective measures & reducing equipment downtime

• Focusing on optimization of process parameters; initiating process improvements for achieving bottom line objectives and productivity targets

• Troubleshooting and performing preventive / breakdown maintenance for reducing machinery downtime

• Managing the: Installation, troubleshooting blister machines, cartoning machines and tablet counting line on site

• Assembly and trials of blister machine, tablet counting and cartoning machines at factory

• Documentation require for spare and service department

• Regulating project basis, machine installation, machine breakdown and AMC on leading pharmaceutical companies.
