• Assemble ISL products according to approved ISO work instructions.
• Perform inspections on all ISL assemblies and maintain required warehouse documentation.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, products, and supplies.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders and internal supply requests.
• Obtain freight quotes and prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Support the Customer Care department by responding to shipping and order-related inquiries.
• Perform routine maintenance on Shoe Cover production equipment and BMM production equipment; assist with equipment repairs as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by performing inventory control activities and reconciling physical inventory with the NAV system.
• Support BMM shipping personnel with international shipping activities.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld scanners for inventory and shipping transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments, other warehouse locations, and external partners to coordinate work orders and related activities.
• Provide general warehouse support and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of spoken and written English and French.
• Experience with shipping software and carrier platforms, such as UPS, FedEx, or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle, as travel between warehouse locations is required.
• Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 25 kg.
