Assembly Inspector

Duties

• Inspect assembled products, parts, and subassemblies for compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Review blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality procedures.
• Perform visual inspections and dimensional measurements using inspection tools and equipment.
• Identify, document, and report defects, non-conformances, and quality issues.
• Verify that assemblies meet safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections as required.
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality systems, and workplace safety standards.
