ASSEMBLY LEADER

Qualification:

1.      Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5

2.      Knowledge to use Microsoft office software or equivalent

Responsibility:

1.      Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards

2.      Ensure that operators follow defined assembly procedures and comply with quality requirements

3.      Ensure all records are completed appropriately

4.      Ensure that non-conforming material is clearly identified and segregated

5.      Ensure achievement of production throughput against stated capacity targets

6.      Prepare line set-ups for following models change plan, including first piece buyoffs

7.      Ensure equipment are within calibration date and functioning correctly

Function:

1.      To assist supervisor in line arrangement.

2.      To evaluate the new join operators and conduct daily man change update

3.      To monitor line productivity and quality to meet to achieve the target set

4.      To assist supervisor for the root cause study and countermeasure implementation for the quality issue occurred in line
