Assembly Line Manager

Assembly Manager Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise and manage assembly line operations
• Ensure production schedules are met
• Maintain quality control standards
• Implement safety protocols and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth production
• Train and mentor assembly line staff
• Monitor and report on production performance
• Address and resolve any assembly line issues or disruptions
• Manage inventory and supplies for the assembly line
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct performance evaluations.

Experience

Preferred

• 3 - 5 years: • Previous experience in assembly line management • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in production management software • Proven supervisory or management experience • Understanding of assembly line production processes • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required by the job • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms
