Assembly Line Operator

At Strick Trailers, LLC, production team members are responsible for assembling custom dry freight semi‑trailers to high quality standards, following safety protocols, and collaborating effectively on the assembly line

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble trailer components according to specifications, quality standards, and engineering drawings
• Use hand and power tools
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily production goals .
• Perform quality checks on assemblies to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow 5S/lean practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools
• Teamwork and communication skills to work effectively in a production environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus
• Demands include frequent lifting, bending and standing

Work Environment & Schedule

• Located in Monroe, IN
• 4‑day work week (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Pay: $19.65 - $23.65 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
