This position will commence on a full-time permanent basis, with the opportunity to progress into permanent full-time employment for the right candidate.

- Assemble and check products against bills of materials (BOMs), drawings and work instructions.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and workmanship.
- Use materials, inventory and offcuts efficiently to minimise waste and production delays.
- Identify production issues, bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement and report them to the Production Manager.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work closely with the Warehouse and Logistics teams to support the efficient movement of materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe production area.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production or a similar hands-on environment.
- Lighting, electrical wiring or fabrication experience, although this is not essential.
- The ability to read and follow drawings, product specifications and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to manage priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable, proactive and safety-focused approach.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the business.

- Hands-on training and support.
- The opportunity to develop your skills within the lighting and manufacturing industry.
- A supportive and collaborative team environment.
