Job Summary

We are looking for assembly line workers to support the manufacturing and assembly of 2-wheeler electric scooters. The candidate should be comfortable working on a production line and assembling scooter components as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electric scooter parts, including chassis, body panels, wheels, brakes, suspension, and other components.
• Install and fit motors, wiring harnesses, controllers, lights, switches, and other electrical components as instructed.
• Assist with battery installation and charger connections by following prescribed safety procedures.
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure proper fitting and finishing.
• Identify and report defective parts, loose connections, or assembly issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation.
• Follow production targets, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical assembly.
• Experience in automobile, motorcycle, scooter, or EV assembly will be preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production targets.
• Basic understanding of two-wheeler components.
• Willingness to work in a factory/production environment.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th pass candidates may apply, depending on practical skills and experience.

Working Conditions

• Factory-based role with standing and hands-on assembly work.
• Must follow all workplace safety and quality standards.
