Assembly Line Worker

About the Job:

We’re looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our assembly team! In this role, you’ll pack dry grocery items into boxes on a manual conveyor line, push boxes to the next station, and help stack finished boxes. This is hands-on, physical work in a team environment.

M-F - 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Pack dry grocery products into boxes on a manual conveyor line
• Push completed boxes to the next station and stack finished boxes
• Follow all safety, quality, and food-handling procedures
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Take all paid breaks and lunch periods on-site in the designated break area

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to bend, twist, lift light loads, and stand for long periods
• Reliable attendance and teamwork
• Must wear close-toed shoes (no sandals or flip-flops)
• Comfortable, layered clothing recommended
• Must wear a high-visibility vest or shirt and any other required safety gear (provided)
• Water bottles allowed in the assembly area (no other beverages)
• This is a physical job — not recommended for those with back issues

Pay & Bonus:

• $15.00 per hour starting wage
• +$1.00/hour attendance bonus for showing up on time and completing all scheduled shifts during the week
