Job Title: Assembly Manager – Server & Workstation
Location: Sector 15, Dwarka, New Delhi

Salary: 40,000 - 60,000

Key Responsibilities

• Handle overall technical assembly activities related to servers and workstations.
• Manage server and workstation assembly, configuration, testing, installation and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues involving CPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, RAID, GPU, NIC and power supply.
• Handle server operating-system installation and configuration, including Windows Server and Linux.
• Manage rack-server and workstation deployment and technical support.
• Coordinate technical teams and guide junior engineers/technicians.
• Handle customer/site-level technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for technical support, replacement parts and RMA.
• Perform testing, quality checks and fault diagnosis before system dispatch.
• Maintain technical documentation, service reports and installation records.
• Take responsibility for overall server and workstation technical operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–15 years of relevant technical experience in servers, workstations, IT hardware or system integration.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of server and workstation hardware.
• Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Knowledge of RAID, HDD/SSD/NVMe, RAM, CPU, GPU, NIC and power systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking, IP addressing and switching.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux is useful.
• Knowledge of virtualization such as VMware/Hyper-V is an advantage.
• Ability to independently handle technical problems and lead technical activities.
• Experience with OEM, system-integrator, data-centre or server environments is beneficial.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
