我们正在寻找具备丰富产品装配经验的装配工程师，负责飞机五金零部件 / 组件装配工艺设计与现场技术支持。基于产品图纸、装配规范编制装配作业指导文件，针对组件装配开展装配顺序规划、装配公差分析、防错方案设计。辅导产线解决装配现场各类技术问题，为采购、生产提供装配周期评估与工艺决策支持。

Overview We are seeking an experienced Assembly Engineer with solid assembly background to support aircraft hardware component and sub‑assembly process design and on‑site technical support. Based on product drawings and assembly specifications, you will develop assembly work instructions, formulate assembly sequence plans, conduct assembly tolerance analysis and mistake‑proofing solution design. You will coach production teams to resolve on‑site assembly technical issues, and provide assembly cycle evaluation and process‑related decision support for purchasing and production teams.

【岗位职责】

• 装配工艺规划与工艺文件编制

参与新项目评审，开展装配制造可行性评估，输出工装、产能、装配周期分析，支持项目报价决策。

编制、起草装配 WI（作业指导书）、装配工艺卡，完成装配流程定义、工序拆解；设计或评审装配工装、定位夹具方案，跟进工装制作、调试与验收；与国外工程师开展跨地域协同，完成装配设计评审、装配可行性研讨及输出技术建议。

• 图纸与装配技术审核管理

审核产品装配图纸、BOM 清单，识别装配干涉、公差不合理等风险点，输出技术反馈；及时答复生产、外协提出的图纸、装配工艺类技术疑问，给出明确可落地的解决方案。

负责新产品装配试产跟进，组织装配工艺打样、验证测试，记录分析试产问题，迭代优化装配工艺文件与 WI 作业指导书。

• 装配产线持续改进

统计分析量产装配数据，识别装配瓶颈、返工痛点，推动装配效率提升、装配良率改善。

主导装配相关降本增效项目：装配工序优化、装配工时缩减、防错改善、物料装配适配优化等。

推动新工艺、新装配工具在产线落地应用。

维护优化 MES 系统装配相关工艺数据，管控 Revision Management 系统内装配图纸、WI 工艺文件版本更新。

• 现场技术支持与问题闭环解决

指导产线作业人员严格按照 WI 工艺文件开展装配作业，快速解决装配过程工装、工具、零部件匹配等现场技术问题。

主导装配类质量异常分析，定位根因，制定并落地纠正及预防措施，跟进问题闭环。

参与首件装配及 FAI，确保装配条件满足图纸及工艺规范要求。

支持采购及质量部门，对外协供应商的装配制造能力开展技术评估。

Responsibilities Participate in new project reviews to assess assembly feasibility, provide analysis on tooling, capacity and assembly lead‑time to support quotation decisions.

Compile and draft assembly WI (work instructions) and assembly process sheets, define assembly workflows and break‑down operations; design or review assembly tooling and fixture solutions, follow‑up fabrication, debugging and acceptance; collaborate with overseas engineers for assembly design review, feasibility discussion and technical recommendations.

Review assembly drawings and BOM, identify risks such as assembly interference and unreasonable tolerances, provide technical feedback; respond promptly to technical inquiries from production and outsourced suppliers regarding drawings and assembly processes with practical solutions.

Follow‑up new‑product assembly pilot build, organize assembly process sampling, validation and testing, analyze and record pilot issues, iteratively optimize assembly process documents and WI.

Statistically analyze mass‑production assembly data, identify bottlenecks and rework pain points, drive improvements of assembly efficiency and yield rate.

Lead assembly‑oriented cost‑reduction and efficiency‑improvement projects, including assembly process optimization, assembly time reduction, mistake‑proofing improvement and component fitting optimization.

Promote the deployment of new processes and new assembly tools on production lines.

Maintain and optimize assembly‑related data in MES system; manage version control of assembly drawings and WI documents in Revision Management system.

Instruct production operators to perform assembly per WI specifications; quickly resolve on‑site technical issues related to fixtures, tools and component fitting.

Lead root‑cause analysis for assembly non‑conformances, formulate and implement corrective and preventive actions, and track closure.

Participate in first‑article assembly and FAI activities to verify assembly compliance with drawing and process requirements.

Support purchasing and quality teams for technical assessment on assembly capability of external suppliers.

【任职资格】

• 经验与背景

统招本科及以上，机械工程、飞行器制造、机械装配等相关专业。

5 年以上精密产品装配工程相关工作经验，其中 2 年以上航空零部件 / 组件装配经验。

完整参与至少 1 个航空类项目（NPI 到量产）的装配工程工作。

• 专业技能

熟悉航空零部件、组件装配工艺特点与装配难点，熟悉各类装配工装、工具的应用能力。

能够使用 SolidWorks 进行装配结构查看、简易装配工装设计，可读懂三维模型与工程图纸。

具备起草、修订装配 WI 作业指导书经验；熟悉装配图纸、技术规范解读，拥有 MES 系统操作及工程文件版本管理经验。

具备装配过程质量管控意识，了解 PFMEA、CPK 等质量工具。

能根据现场情况自主设计出图装配辅助工装。

【加分项】

有航空结构组件、管路、机构件装配工艺开发经验。

熟悉外协装配、粘接、密封等特种装配工艺技术要求以及供应商工艺审核评估。

熟悉 AS9100 质量体系、Nadcap 审核对装配过程的相关要求。

具备海外留学或者外资航空制造企业工作经历。

Required Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Manufacturing, Mechanical Assembly or related disciplines.

5+ years working experience in precision product assembly engineering, including a minimum of 2 years assembling aerospace components / sub‑assemblies.

Participated in at least one full‑cycle aerospace project (from NPI to mass production) as assembly engineer.

Desired

Familiar with process characteristics and technical challenges of aerospace component assembly, well‑versed in application of various assembly fixtures and tools.

Capable of reviewing assembly structures and designing simple assembly fixtures with SolidWorks; proficient in reading 3D models and engineering drawings.

Hands‑on experience drafting and revising assembly WI work instructions; familiar with assembly drawing and specification interpretation, experienced in MES operation and engineering document version management.

Strong awareness of assembly quality control, understanding of quality tools including PFMEA and CPK.

Able to independently design and draw assembly‑aid tooling based on site conditions.

Key Competencies

Strong on‑site assembly problem‑analysis and troubleshooting capability; able to quickly identify issues induced by fixtures, component fitting or process documents.

Strong cross‑functional coordination, effective collaboration with process, production, purchasing and quality teams.

Good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of direct technical communication with overseas engineers.

Self‑motivation and the ability to learn new things.

Preferred Hands‑on experience on assembly process development for aerospace structural assemblies, tubing and mechanism parts.

Familiar with technical requirements of outsourced assembly, bonding, sealing and other special assembly processes, and supplier process audit and evaluation.

Knowledge of AS9100 quality system and Nadcap audit requirements for assembly processes.

Overseas education background or working experience in foreign‑funded aerospace manufacturing enterprises.
