ASSEMBLY OPERATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions to support assembly activities.
• Set up and operate equipment according to engineering specifications and supervisor instructions.
• Assemble parts, components, and equipment accurately while ensuring quality and production timelines are met.
• Perform testing, inspection, calibration, and precision adjustments using appropriate tools and measuring instruments.
• Carry out in-line and final quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Develop and improve assembly and testing procedures to support consistent product quality.
• Monitor equipment performance, perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting, and report abnormalities promptly.
• Perform cleaning, final adjustments, and defect checks to ensure high-quality finished products.
• Maintain accurate inspection, testing, and ERP records, including job check-in/check-out.
• Ensure all processes comply with quality, safety, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and perform other duties as assigned by the Superior.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
