Assembly Operator

• Perform assembly work according to approved work instructions and drawings.
• Ensure the correct parts and materials are used for assembly.
• Use hand tools, equipment, and fixtures properly.
• Follow required assembly methods and quality standards.
• Check own work to ensure products meet the required quality requirements.
• Carry out basic inspection and testing as required.
• Identify and report quality issues, defective parts, or abnormal conditions to the Production Leader or Supervisor.
• Perform assembly work efficiently to achieve the required production output and schedule.
• Maintain good productivity while meeting quality and safety requirements.
• Complete basic production records as required.
• Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Follow 5S housekeeping requirements and properly arrange tools, materials, and equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions, hazards, accidents, or near misses to the Production Leader or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Superior or Management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
• Able to follow work instructions and basic drawings.
• Able to use basic hand tools and equipment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and quality-conscious.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Willing and able to work overtime and on a rotating shift basis as required by operational needs.
• Willing to learn and follow company procedures.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
