Assembly / Service Technician (Automation)

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform scheduled maintenance works.
• Communicate issues clearly and timely to immediate superior
• Able to perform troubleshooting, failure evaluation, preventive maintenance or retrofit of hardware parts when required.
• Provide technical solution and product training to customer when required
• Review, plan, lead and execute all service orders as per customer
• Manage and improve customer relationship
• Machines/System installation & commissioning
• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least professional certificate or Diploma.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess valid driving license and own transport
• Must be prepared to work for extended periods at customer sites (local and abroad)
• Willing to travel outstation
