JOB FUNCTIONS

Assembly Supervisor

· Manage a specific team.

· Train new team members for success.

· Organize operators for optimal performance.

· Relay information to Assembly Manager.

· Guide the team through daily activities.

· Monitor output and performance.

· Be involved in reviewing and implementing improvements.

· Make sure all tools required are available.

· Responsible for maintaining discipline

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional manufacturing environnent. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
