Assembly Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor assembly line activities across assigned shifts.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and production accounting data.
• Manage shop-floor manpower, including work allocation, attendance monitoring, and productivity tracking.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments to resolve production-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Monitor machine utilization and escalate operational issues to concerned HODs when required.
• Train and guide operators to maintain operational excellence and quality standards.
