Assembly Supervisor (Mechanical/Electrical)

• Salary Package: Basic up to $4,000 + OT + AWS + Bonus
• Location: West Region
• Listed MNC in Engineering & Manufacturing Industry
• Working hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 530pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering assembly and production activities.
• Lead, train, and monitor assembly technicians.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical assembly, installation, and testing.
• Ensure work meets quality, engineering, and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and assembly issues.
• Monitor production progress and team performance.
• Conduct quality checks and follow up on defects.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Ensure proper handling of components, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards.
• Work with the Production Manager to resolve production issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Experience in CNC or mechanical assembly.
• Able to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of 5S, HSE, and quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
