Assembly Team Lead

A growing international manufacturer is launching a new industrial liquid cooling production line at its new, world-class facility in WNY and is looking for a hands-on leader to help build it from the ground up.

This isn’t a traditional factory job. The ideal candidate is an experienced plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical trades professional ready for the next step: setting up a new line, training future team members, and growing into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble industrial liquid cooling systems
• Install and connect piping, plumbing, and mechanical components
• Prepare copper pipe and perform brazing
• Help develop assembly processes and work instructions
• Train and mentor future assembly technicians
• Help set quality standards and best practices
• Work closely with Engineering and Operations during product launches

What You Bring:

• Strong plumbing or piping experience
• Comfort working with copper tubing and brazing
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Background in plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, pipefitting, mechanical contracting, industrial maintenance, or commercial construction trades

No manufacturing experience needed. Mechanical skills and trade experience matter more than where you’ve worked before.
