Assembly Team Member

We're Wolfsburg West, and for 40 years we've been building and selling parts and kits for classic VW Beetles and Buses, shipping them out to shops and VW folks all over the world. We're a tight crew of about 20 people in Corona, and we're looking for someone solid to join our assembly team.

Here's the deal. You'll kick off each morning getting the shop clean and dialed in so everybody starts the day fresh. After that, you'll spend most of your day with our assembly crew putting together parts and kits, labeling and bagging product, the hands-on stuff that actually ends up in customers' garages. And when the warehouse gets busy, you'll jump in and help pick orders or count inventory. No two days are exactly the same, which honestly keeps it fun.

What you'll do

• Clean and reset the shop, office and break areas each morning
• Assemble VW parts and kits, then label and package them
• Help pick orders and count inventory when the warehouse needs a hand
• Keep your area organized and safe

You'll be a great fit if you

• Show up on time and people can count on you
• Like working with your hands and don't mind detail work
• Take pride in a clean, organized space
• Are cool jumping in wherever the team needs help
• Can stand for long stretches and lift up to 25 lbs

Bonus points if you

• Have assembly, warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Know your way around a classic VW, or just love old cars

Why you'll dig it here

You'll learn from a crew that's been building these kits for years, and they're seriously good at it. We're a Teamshares company, which means our employees are on the path to owning a real piece of the business. Plus there's room to grow, and you get to work around classic VWs all day, so that's pretty rad.
