Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Prep & Assembly worker for evening and overnight shifts Monday through Friday. The position involves assembling products to meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials and components for assembly according to specifications.

• Assemble products with attention to quality and adherence to safety protocols.

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient workflow.

• Meet daily production quotas while maintaining accuracy and speed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and diagrams.

• Experience with basic hand tools and assembly equipment.

• Attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts.

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive motions and lift up to 25 pounds.
