Assembly Technician

We are currently looking for Assembly Technicians to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn. Training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Position Summary As an Assembly Technician, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to assemble complex fiber components into draw units that support our precision manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do

• Assemble small and delicate components with precision to meet quality and customer requirements
• Work with engineering teams on special product and project builds
• Select appropriate materials, tools, and instructions needed for each assembly
• Complete all necessary steps in the assembly process to ensure high-quality output
• Accurately document production information and maintain records
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment
• Read and interpret routing sheets and process documentation
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Consistent work history and strong reliability
• Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Comfortable working with small, fragile components
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and build complex assemblies
• Experience using microscopes or precision inspection tools is a plus
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, comprehension, reading, and writing, at a level necessary to effectively perform job duties
• Strong manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and visual acuity
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to work required

What We Offer

• 1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

• Starting Rate: Typically begins at $20.00/hour, within the pay range listed below

• Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.36/hour, based on experience

• Shift Differential:

• Additional 10% for 2nd Shift schedule

• Additional 15% for 3rd Shift schedule.

Additional Information New hires for this position are initially placed with CoWorx Staffing Agency for a minimum period of 3 months prior to hire by Incom.
